Enjoy brunch at Sale Kei D before heading to Angkor Thom to explore the Bayon Temple, with its iconic face carvings, and the Victory Gate Terrace Elephants. And Hoi An is a tranquil 16th century trading town that has changed little over the centuries. Walk over the 400-year-old covered bridge, pausing to ponder the dog and monkey statues guarding either end.
